2/ Get a Quote
Visit our dedicated Trade-in website and complete a quick online diagnostic to get an instant valuation for your old device.
3/ Backup Old Device Data
Backup your data and reset the old device to factory settings.
4/ Pick up/ Drop off Your Old Device
Our logistics partner, S.F. Express, can collect your device from your location for free, or you can choose to drop off your old device in person at any S.F. Express Station.
5/ Confirm Trade-in Device value
The final trade-in price will be assessed based on the actual device inspection. If the final price differs from the original quote, we will contact you to confirm the final trade-in price.
6/ Payment Method
After confirmation, you will receive the trade-in amount in your Hong Kong bank account via bank transfer or FPS within 3 working days.
